How do I pay?
Once your request is confirmed, the manager sends payment details. You can pay by transfer in rubles or tenge, by QR, in crypto, or in cash on the day. We state the payment terms up front, with no surprise extras.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are stored in Vietnamese dong. Use the switcher at the top to see dollars or rubles: conversion uses the rate dated next to it.
Can I change the date or cancel?
If your plans change, tell us in advance. In bad weather or force majeure we will offer a reschedule, an alternative or a refund under company rules.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Many programmes suit families with children. Before you book we will tell you which are the most comfortable for your group's ages and size.
